Eligibility for Refund
- A full refund will be issued if the project has not been initiated within 3 days of confirmation.
- If a project is not delivered within the agreed timeframe (without valid client-side delays), a full refund may be processed.
- If you cancel a service before work has commenced, you are eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Conditions
- If the client fails to provide the necessary project details within 7 days of order confirmation, the order will be cancelled.
- Once mock-up designs are approved, the project moves to the development stage.
- For digital marketing services already in progress (SEO, PPC, Content Marketing, etc.).
- For partial work already delivered or milestones completed.
Special Cases
- New website design projects come with a 15-day money-back guarantee. Partial refunds may apply if you are unsatisfied after launch.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment method.
